Presentation
The damage done to the environment during the 20th century, directly caused by less than one third of the human population, requires urgent action.
Education is critical to promote sustainable development and increase the capacity of populations to address these environmental and developmental issues.
In addition, there is a significant demand from government agencies and private companies (tourism, hospitality, leisure, nature activities, rural development, etc.) for professionals and researchers specifically trained in Environmental Education.
