The communications, complaints and requests for information will be received and processed by the Information and Communications Technology Service.

Complaints procedure

Once a request for accessible information or a complaint has been made and subsequently dismissed, if you disagree with the decision, or if the response does not meet the requirements set forth in Article 12.5, the applicant may make an official complaint. You can also make an official complaint if the time-frame of 20 working days has elapsed without receiving a response.

The complaint may be lodged via the Generic Form of the Electronic Office of the University of Almeríaas well as via the other options set out in Spanish Law 39/2015, of 1st October, on the Common Administrative Procedure for Public Administrations

The complaints will be received and processed by the Planning, Assessment and Quality Service.

Optional content

One of the objectives of the University of Almería is to eliminate communication barriers, making it possible for all those in the university community, regardless of their personal situation, to access information and services electronically. For this reason, we have a Functional Diversity Unit that offers assistance to disabled people who need resources and support programmes, whether via direct action or via general programmes intended for the whole community.
