The curriculum consists of three modules and is divided into two types of subjects: compulsory and master’s thesis.
A. Compulsory subjects are organised in the following modules which meet the general purposes of the degree:
I. Fundamentals of Research (24 ECTS)
II. Advanced Nursing Research (24 ECTS).
B. III. Master’s Thesis: (12 ECTS).
MODULE 1. FOUNDATIONS OF RESEARCH: It is composed of 4 subjects scheduled in the 1st and 2nd semesters (Research Methodology I, Research Methodology II, Bioethics in Nursing Research, Research Project Design and Scientific Communication).
MODULE 2. RESEARCH IN ADVANCED NURSING: It is composed of 6 subjects scheduled in the 1st and 2nd semesters (Nursing Theories and Models; Research in relation to Nursing Aid: Psychosocial Aspects; Nursing Care and New Health Demands; Research in Health Education; Research in Clinical Care; Research in the history of Nursing Science).
MODULE 3. MASTER’S THESIS: It is composed of 1 subject scheduled in the 2nd semester (Master’s Thesis).
