Description
In India, China and Vietnam there has been an incremented demand for qualified teachers and for blending education and information technology.
FRACTION´s central objective is to strenghten the hard skills background of the teachers and gain recognition for high-quality professional practice through developing a postgraduate program.
This will enable the teachers to respond to the increasing complex and diverse educational and social environment in India, China and Vietnam. The mainoutcomes of the project are:
- Providing modern courses with a brand new curricula providing innovative pedagogical competencies;
- Capacity building within partner universities by training the teaching staff to a new program and methodology;
- Creating lifelong learning resources through the
- Center of Teaching Excellence (CTE) with an ICT-based distance learning platform with technology-equipped classes as a sustainable solution to support the implementation of the new curricula and to foster innovation in pedagogical practices.
- CTE will offer as well career orientation for graduates
