Remember that only failed courses in previous years may be re-sat without attending the lectures.The objective of the Master's in Business Law and Agrifood Activity, both in its specialisation in"Contracting, Negotiating and Business" and in that of "AgriFood Law and Business Development" is to provide adequate specific training in the field of private business and agri-business law depending on the option chosen by the student
The purpose in both pathways is to train lawyers specialised in the business and agrifood sector, providing the student with experience and training through their different subjects: Civil, commercial, criminal, procedural, administrative and labour law, together with economics and business management, as well as engineering areas such as food technology and organic agriculture for the agrifood pathway.
Suggested profile for newly enrolled students
The recommended and preferred entry profile for students will be those in possession of a Degree, or equivalent, linked to the social and legal sciences branch, and in particular to Law, Economics, Marketing, Business Administration and Management, Labour Sciences or Public Management and Administration.
