img_7094001.jpgThe Inter-University Master's in Nervous System Sciences is an official and blended learning inter-university programme organized by research groups belonging to the University of Almeria (UAL) and the University of Rovira i Virgili (URIV).

The master's degree is a specialisation route for graduates in psychology, experimental sciences, and life and health sciences, who wish to work professionally in the field of neuroscience, both from the scientific and experimental side, and in the health sciences area.

This master's degree comes from a previous degree (The Master's in Mental Health: Psychiatry, Neurotoxicology and Psychopharmacology), which defines the specialisation in Neurotoxicology and Psychopharmacology Research, implements the Neurorehabilitation specialisation offered by the University of Almeria and also introduces a Physiotherapeutic pathway offered by URiV.

It maintains the interdisciplinary spirit that characterizes modern research into Neurosciences, and as such includes teachers from various UAL and Rovira i Virgili University departments, from the faculties of Psychology, Medicine, Health Sciences and the Higher School of Engineering. In addition, external faculty members from technology-based companies (EBT), such as the InPaula Children's Neurorehabilitation Centre in Almeria, Nesplesora and Neurodigital Technologies, participate.
