Are UAL Cloud and G Suite the same?
UAL Cloud is the implementation of G Suite for the ASP/RTS and students of the University of Almería.
What enhancements does UAL Cloud bring to G Suite?
How can I change my UAL Cloud password?
You can change your UAL username password via the Virtual Campus. This means that you're also changing your UAL Cloud password. If you change your UAL Cloud password from the Google website, it won't be synced with the UAL password and you'll have two different passwords.
Can I access UAL Cloud from my mobile or tablet?
Of course. That is one of the main advantages of this new system. Check out this information.
Getting started with G Suite

I'd like to find out the personal data that has been transferred to G Suite
By decision of the Governing Council, the University of Almería has signed an agreement with Google to offer the UAL Cloud service both to ASP/RTS and students.
Under this agreement, and to access the service, the Virtual Campus username is registered. The following data is provided to G Suite for this: name and surnames and the Virtual Campus username and password.
If you wish to withdraw your consent to this data transfer, you can unsubscribe from the UAL Cloud service by entering the "Unsubscribe from UAL Cloud Service" menu option in the "General - My Details" tab of the Virtual Campus.

Gmail. I can see grouped messages, but they're not sorted by date
By default, Gmail sorts messages by "conversation" and by email subject. If you want to see them in the traditional order (by date):
Gmail. When I send a message to one of my mailing lists, I can't find out whether I've sent it and the message doesn't reach me.
Indeed, if you send an email to a list to which you belong, the message is sent but it doesn't reach you. This is the usual operation of a list: it's sent to all other members but not to you.
Gmail. I've sent an email to several addresses and I've copied myself in. I receive emails correctly, but when I delete them from the Sent folder, they disappear from my inbox.
Folders actually don't exist in Gmail. Messages are tagged, and depending on that tag you can see them in one place or another. In other words, you can tag a message as important, sent and received, and it will appear in the three "folders". But if you delete it from any of them, you delete it in all of them: there's only one message with several tags.
Gmail. What's the All folder?
In the All folder, as its name indicates, you can see all messages: sent, received, marked as spam, important or any other folder. As you already know, there's only one message with different tags and this folder shows them ALL, regardless of the tags. Obviously, if you delete a message from this folder, you delete it from all.
Gmail. Some messages I had in Trash have disappeared, and I've not deleted them or emptied Trash.
Trash is not a folder to store messages in; it's for messages that you don't need. Gmail automatically deletes messages from Trash after thirty days.
Gmail. I've deleted an email that I'm now interested in retrieving, but more than thirty days have passed and it's no longer in the trash can. What can I do?
You can retrieve your message, if you indicate the approximate date on which you received it, sender, subject, etc.
Gmail. Problems after migration
Messages from the year 1970 appear.
These are messages generated automatically (it's a machine that "writes"). They have a date format that Gmail doesn't know how to interpret and when migrating your mailbox, it puts that date on them.
I've got password change notifications or reservation messages, with migration date, but they don't make much sense because I've already changed the password or the reservation has already passed.
Like the messages from the year 1970, they're automatic messages with a date format that Gmail doesn't interpret correctly. In this case, instead of setting a date of 1970, it sets the date of the mailbox migration.
I can see the folders I had in my inbox, but they're empty.
The tool that performs the migration doesn't correctly interpret the information in the mailbox. In this case, in the Gmail folder you'll have a subfolder called _Inbox. You'll find your folders with your messages there.
