The Bachelor's Degree in Labour Relations and Human Resources aims to train people capable of actively learning about and analysing the world of employment, work and human resources from a wide variety of approaches: business, economic, legal, sociological and psychological.

Thus, both in terms of its content and for its methodology, this degree will provide the student with the knowledge and skills necessary to practise in various professional fields, such as the direction and management of labour relations, consultancy and advisory work, the management of human resources, the design and management of employment and labour integration policies, vocational guidance, and labour market brokering.
