Travel Awards UAL & UniGreen

We are thrilled to welcome you to the University of Almería for the upcoming academic year! As part of our commitment to promoting sustainable practices, we are excited to announce the UAL-UNIGREEN Travel Award, a unique contest that celebrates eco-friendly travel.
 

What is the UAL-UNIGREEN Travel Award?

This award aims to encourage sustainable mobility by rewarding international students who choose low-polluting means of transportation to travel to UAL. By participating, you not only contribute to reducing greenhouse gas emissions but also stand a chance to win exciting prizes!

Additionally, the University of Almería will implement a limited bicycle loan system. The three award winners will receive a special reservation to ensure access to a bicycle without needing to participate in the general loan application process.

Travel Green: Plan your journey to UAL using environmentally friendly transport options (excluding airplanes and cars).

Document Your Journey: Share your travel experience on Instagram by posting at least three photos or videos of your trip (start, mid-point, and end). and send us your tickets of the means of transportation used in your trip

Use the Hashtag: Tag your posts with #UNIgreenTravelAward and #ErasmusPlus and  mention @unigreenalliance and @unialmeria.
